Introductie
Are you technically minded and do you enjoy working in a production environment where quality and precision are key? We are looking for a Blending Operator to join a modern manufacturing facility specializing in powder processing and mixing solutions.
Functie
About the role
As a Blending Operator, you are responsible for preparing, operating, and monitoring blending processes to ensure consistent product quality. You work closely with production and quality teams to guarantee that all products meet strict specifications and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Setting up and operating industrial blending equipment
- Weighing and preparing raw materials according to production recipes
- Monitoring blending processes and adjusting parameters where necessary
- Performing quality checks and sampling during and after production
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment in line with hygiene and safety procedures
- Recording production data accurately in the system
- Identifying and reporting technical issues or deviations
- Contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency
Functie-eisen
What we are looking for
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment (experience with powders is a plus)
- Physically fit and willing to perform heavy manual work
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Technical insight and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive, hands-on mindset
- Good understanding of safety and quality standards
Aanbod
Our Offer
This is a challenging and independent role with significant responsibility, offered in a full-time capacity within a three-shift system in an informal working environment.
- Salary ranges from €3100 to €3300, inclusive of a 21.5% shift allowance, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Opportunity to be taken over by the client (permanent employment possible)
- 25 vacation days per year.
- Potential travel allowance.
